Job Overview:
As the Culture and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring employee engagement, and developing initiatives that align with the company's core values. You will be a strategic partner in enhancing employee experience, promoting inclusivity, and driving engagement strategies that enhance productivity and job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culture and engagement strategies to promote a positive workplace.
  • Foster employee engagement through initiatives, events, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure organizational values are reflected in daily practices.
  • Monitor and assess employee satisfaction and work environment through surveys, feedback sessions, and data analysis.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring the company's mission and values are communicated and embodied.
  • Develop and manage internal communications platforms to keep employees informed and connected.
  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and wellness initiatives.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of workplace culture, employee engagement, and DEI practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), professional development opportunities.
