Compensation: $17/hr

Overview:

The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and its grounds.
Essential Job Functions Primary: maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for clients, staff, and public; communicating information in response to inquiries; providing equipment and furniture arrangements for meetings, clinical activities, and events; and maintaining facilities to minimize facility deterioration and damage.


Responsibilities;

  • Responsible for the safe and orderly operation of the facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in monthly inspections to ensure compliance with requirements, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of the facility.
  • Ensure that the facility is clean and always maintained.
  • Strongly and enthusiastically support and participate in advocacy and direct action to end the twin crises of AIDS and homelessness.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalency
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • S95 to be obtained in first 90 days of employment.
  • Basic emailing knowledge.
