Job Description and Duties

Current State employees who do not meet the minimum qualifications for this classification may apply for this vacancy as a Training and Development assignment.

Under the direction of the Custodian Supervisor II, the incumbent performs the required janitorial service; has direct responsibility for the management and implementation of HFM Training Programs; performs site inspections and internal audits; develops corrective action plans and communicates deficiencies.
In addition, the incumbent is a supervisor who has direct supervisory responsibility over incumbents who have direct responsibility for work supervision, on-the-job training and regular work performance evaluations of at least two incarcerated individuals, also supervises incumbents who supervise incarcerated individuals who substantially replace civil service employees for a total of at least 120 hours.
