Job Details:

We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain our client's facility. It is important for a custodian, to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. A keen eye for detail and diligence are imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.

Responsibilities

Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day

Trash removal, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces

Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets

SCIF cleaning to include kitchens and pantries

Kitchen and supply stocking

Restrooms cleaning; to include stocking and maintaining a cleanly facility.

Skills

TS SCI clearance required

Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role

Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances

Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components

Attention to detail and conscientiousness

High school diploma is preferred but not required

Schedule

Monday- Friday

Daytime shifts

7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (30 minute breaks/lunch provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
