Who we are looking for We are recruiting a Customer & Order Administration Specialist (Part-Time) to manage B2C and B2B operations. This is a fully operational role — no people management responsibilities — focused on ensuring an outstanding customer experience and smooth order administration In this role, you will ensure smooth and reliable day-to-day customer and order operations in the US. You will combine customer focus with operational accuracy to maintain a high-quality experience and efficient internal coordination. If you’re a proactive, solutions-driven person who thrives on creating an outstanding customer experience and making things happen, we’d love to speak with you Job role B2C & B2B Customer Relations (Primary Focus) You will be the main point of contact for customers and responsible for delivering a high-quality, consistent experience. Manage inbound requests (email/phone/chat as applicable) with speed, empathy, and professionalism Own after-sales resolution end-to-end: delivery issues, damages/claims, missing parts, returns, replacements, refunds De-escalate complex situations and turn issues into positive outcomes through clear communication and solutions Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and follow-up Maintain high-quality response templates and customer-facing documentation to improve consistency and efficiency You will ensure orders are processed and monitored accurately across the order lifecycle. Manage the order flow: order entry/validation, confirmations, updates, delivery coordination and follow-ups Ensure information is accurate across internal systems (order details, addresses, lead times, delivery constraints) Support exception handling (re-shipments, partial shipments, backorders where applicable, carrier constraints) Partner closely with Sales, Logistics/Warehouse, and Customer Care to reduce handoff errors and delays Billing & Invoicing Ensure orders are processed and monitored accurately across the order lifecycle Manage the order flow: order entry/validation, confirmations, updates, delivery coordination and follow-ups Ensure information is accurate across internal systems Partner closely with Sales, Logistics/Warehouse, and Customer Care Reporting & Performance Tracking Ensure data accuracy and operational follow-up Identify improvement opportunities in processes Support reporting and KPI tracking What you'll bring in Client centric mindset and ability to build collaborative relationships Efficiency and reactivity to our customers’ needs Highly motivated person with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills Excellent written communication skills in English ️ Daily use of Microsoft 365 Additional Information This position is part-time (20 hours per week – daily 1pm to 5pm), located in Princeton Junction, NJ Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Company is committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination in all aspects of employment We are also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans. Compensation and Benefits This is a part-time salaried position (20 hours per week). The target annual salary range is $27,000–$32,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
