Customer Account Manager Apply
Advance Services, Inc. is seeking Customer service-driven account managers to join our team with leading logistics and distribution companies in the Jacintoport, TX area. We're seeking candidates who can maintain relationships with carriers and customers, provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers, solve customer and carrier problems, and help resolve issues. Job Requirements: Provide shipment quotes and set up shipments for customers. Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure retention. Prepare customer reports, performance reviews, and agreements. Run performance metrics, track revenue growth, and account activity.Qualifications:Experience operating in a Logistics or Distribution warehouse. 1 year of CSR experience.Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
