This job requires someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and knows how to follow through. Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Responsibilities You’ll confirm and enter purchase orders, track them through production, and follow up after delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer issues, coordinating between departments, and making sure every order is handled right the first time. This job requires someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and knows how to follow through. What You Bring to the Table 2–5 years in industrial sales, customer service, or account management Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a related industrial setting Confidence in managing customer expectations and problem-solving on the fly Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal Ability to stay focused, handle multiple tasks, and own your responsibilities Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Preferred Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience What You Can Expect A fast-paced environment in a heavy manufacturing operation A tight-knit team that takes pride in quality and accountability Full-time hours and competitive pay The chance to step into a vital role and make an impact daily If you\'re hands-on, detail-driven, and know your way around a manufacturing floor and a customer conversation—this is your next move.
