Customer Account Specialist (Manufacturing)
Location: White House, TN (Onsite)
Schedule: Day Shift | 40 hours/week
Pay: ~$20/hour
Overview
A growing manufacturing company in the HVAC/industrial space is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support customers and internal sales operations. This is a fully onsite, day-shift role focused on inbound customer support, order processing, and sales assistance—not outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails
- Process orders and perform accurate data entry
- Resolve customer issues and support order-related questions
- Assist with pricing, order status, and light upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with order entry, inside sales support, or customer account management
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing setting
- ERP or order management system experience is a plus
