Customer Account SpecialistABX Innovative Packaging Solutions is a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging providing critical applications in healthcare, personal care, and food products. Our growing company is currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist (CAS) with primary support for the Milwaukee, WI location.Position Summary:The CAS is the primary customer contact for all questions, concerns, and issues. Working with all functional areas of the company, the CAS ensures customer requirements are met, while meeting the corporate goals and objectives. The CAS will ensure customer orders are processed timely and accurately, while monitoring customer order patterns and service levels, taking necessary action to implement improvement as needed, and collaborate with sales and other functional areas to grow relationships with the customers.At ABX we offer:$1000 hiring bonus for new hiresExcellent training programs and growth opportunitiesA collaborative, innovative, and inclusive cultureFun and challenging work that makes a differenceCompetitive compensation and benefits packageFlex PayExcellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, quarterly bonus opportunity, and much more!Responsibilities:Process customer orders received according to established department policies and procedures.Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external departments to track orders through completion and on time shipments.Process complaints upon receipt forwarding through appropriate channels for investigation, resolution, and credit if applicable.Knowledgeable of product line, delivery / lead times and procedures.Manage short pay process; resolve issues in efficient and timely manner.Respond to customers inquiries (internal and external) in a timely and accurate manner.Adhere to all Safety, Company Policy and General Work rules.Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingStrong decision making and analytical skillsBasic Computer SkillsPC experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word preferredBasic understanding of JDE system as it pertains to Customer Service/Sales order ManagementDemonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills as well as customer service skills in fast-paced environmentDetail oriented, strong organizational and time management skillsPrevious Customer Service Account experience in manufacturing or technical industry preferredUnderstand ISO and auditing processesCollege degree or relevant work experience requiredThis may be considered a remote position with travel for initial trainingABX Innovative Packaging Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
