Customer Care RepresentativeProfessional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team of professionals in support of the U.S. Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment.Essential Duties & Job FunctionsAnswer incoming calls and conduct outreach calls with Marines and/or family members to assess their support needs. Based on the assessment, provide information and guidance toward relevant resources, benefits, and entitlements that will assist their individual needs.Serve as a liaison between Marines and the entity providing resource support to ensure positive contact is established, and pertinent information is relayed to focus efforts and address Marines' needs.Ascertain and capture the essence of Marines' concerns/issues and properly document the information in a case management database.Monitor social media sites during operational times to ensure all support needs of the Recovering Service Member.Performs related work as assigned.Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)Required EducationHigh school diploma.Required Skills and ExperienceStrong interpersonal communication skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of Marine Corps culture; understand the significance of the cultural bond and Marine ethos needed when dealing with Marines.Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of requirements relative to resource allocation and benefits delivery.One (1) year of experience in call center operations or similar field.ClearanceMust be a United States Citizen.Must possess a favorable and current adjudication at the T-3, T-3R, NACLC, or higher level. Active DoD Security Clearance is highly desired.Additional InformationHours of Operation: eight (8) hour shifts within location's operational hours (0800-2000 ET Mon-Fri).*As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
