How will you make an impact?

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers, products, and regional sales growth goals. Ensuring customer saƟsfacƟon and maintaining the company’s overall strategy and objectives. Your additional responsibility will be to support the regional sales manager with administrative dties to ensure Ɵmely customer follow-up. The product lines include Toxicology (Drugs of Abuse products), Capital Equipment, Molecular (PCR), and Laboratory consumables. This role requires focus on the delivery of customer support and saƟsfacƟon and manages the assigned territory/customers as a business with responsibility for profit and revenue growth.

A Day in the Life

 Support Regional Sales Specialist  Lead qualification, and lead development for non-Top 200 accounts

 Expand existing base customers' product portfolio.

 Maintain current base business with scheduled contact for top 50/200 accounts.

 Identify and fill product gaps.

 Participate in planning meetings to provide expertise.

 Support training of customers

 Mentor and training of new Customer Care Team members  Participate in product demonstrations for customers as needed.  Work directly with marketing to ensure timely customer communication.  Ability to co travel in the field, to gain voice of customer knowledge.  Attend Trade Shows. Experience:  Proven experience in Customer Service. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to have creative thinking and be analytic, effectively work with others.  Strong problem-solving skills can work independently.  Proficient with Microsoft Office products i.e. Word and Xcel
