In this role, you’ll be one of our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer care experience. On a typical day, you may:
- Work with a stellar team of CCRs and other departments to find excellent solutions for homeowners
- Follow up with homeowners or trade partners to schedule or check on status of repairs
- Ensure that homeowners are satisfied with services and solutions
- Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s question or solve a problem
- Troubleshoot common issues
- Answer phone calls or emails and develop expert knowledge to best help homeowners
This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. We offer competitive benefits and have one of the best holiday parties in town!
