Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact—answer phones, greet customers, and manage front desk operations Handle inbound and outbound customer communication with professionalism and urgency Process quotes, sales orders, and customer requests accurately and efficiently Support the sales team with account coordination and order tracking Provide timely updates on orders, repairs, and service requests Assist customers in person with order pickup and transactions Process repair orders, RMAs, and replacements as needed Maintain accurate records in internal systems (NetSuite or similar ERP) Assist with invoicing and light accounts receivable follow-up Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, office support, or administrative coordination Strong communication skills with a professional, polished presence High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) ERP experience (NetSuite preferred, not required) Typing speed of ~50 WPM What Will Make You Stand Out Experience supporting order processing or inside sales workflows Background in technical, product-based, or regulated environments Proven ability to act as a reliable hub between customers and internal teams Strong follow-through and sense of ownership Benefits Work for a stable, locally owned company with over 30 years of industry experience Be part of a mission-driven organization supporting public safety and essential services Join a tight-knit team where your work is visible and valued Opportunity to grow in a role that touches multiple areas of the business Leadership is actively involved—you’ll work directly with decision-makers Aflac Supplemental Group Whole Life Flexible Health Spending Account 401K Canopy EAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
