We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our collaborative team. What You’ll Do Answer customer calls and respond to all inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Efficiently schedule sales appointments Follow up with customers to address questions or concerns Keep accurate, up-to-date customer records in our system Provide support to internal departments as needed Ensure each customer interaction results in a positive and remarkable experience What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of proven customer service experience; call center background strongly preferred Exceptional telephone and interpersonal communication skills Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software (preferred) Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with rotating Saturday shifts What We Offer trusting, respectful, and fun culture The best tools and training to help you succeed team you can be proud of real opportunities for growth and development Competitive pay starting at $16-$20/hour PTO and Sick/Personal days Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance options Ready to Make a Difference?
