Steppin Time Customer Care Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Care Specialist
*Greets all students and families and makes them feel welcome in the studio *Aids new families in enrolling and successfully participating in their first night *Supports the students & families in their studio related needs
*Provides basic customer service and administrative duties
*Answers phone, email and connect with families online

Successful candidates should have/be
*A lot of energy and enjoy a lot of variety in their work.
*Able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism with customers and co-workers, while balancing fun and warmth.
*An excellent communicator (both in-person and via e-mail).
*Prior experience in dance and/or child -centered small businesses are a plus.

Schedule:
Pay: $12.00+ per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
