Vericast is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in San Antonio to assist clients by phone, email, or chat. Base pay starts at $15.50 per hour and schedules run Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM with weekend rotations. You will resolve issues, recommend solutions, process orders, and protect customer data.
