Customer Coordinator

Salary: 27,000 per annum (Pro-Rata)

Part-time Role - Upto 25 hours per week (flexible working Pattern)


Our Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for managing the ongoing relationships with CiCs small customers. You will ensure an efficient and effective approach is taken to supporting delivery of services to all our customers, providing administration support such as in relation to contracting, billing and reporting.


Youll need to be flexible and proactively work with our different teams as well as consistently supporting your own client base.


What you will be doing as the Customer Account Coordinator:


  • Managing over 100 of CiCs smaller clients, being first point of contact for any queries or feedback, following up queries accordingly by liaising with internal and external departments as required
  • Assisting the Relationship Managers (RMs) with the administration of their accounts
  • Support in provision of client reporting
  • Support and co-ordinate communications with all of CiCs client database to provide updates on services, news, events etc.


We are looking for someone that can work effectively across different communications styles i.e. Sales, Operational/Administrative and Clinical roles and can adapt.


The role requires a good understanding of the business environment, but also the ability to quickly learn if information is unfamiliar.


To be our Customer Account Coordinator you will have:


  • Understanding of client relationships and maintaining positive and proactive communication styles, appropriate to different clients
  • Concepts of financials and invoicing procedures
  • Background and knowledge of basic business operations
