Required	Do you live within commutable distance from Anaheim AL
Required	Are you willing/able to work onsite daily?
Required	L1 or L1.5 technical skills able to support IT technical support and related hardware and software installations, upgrades, troubleshooting and resolution.
Required	Strong with IT desktop support, proficient using IT systems and technology tools. Hands on with (re)imaging computers (Windows 10/11), computer/mobile deployments and IMAC's experience.
Required	Able to follow establish processes, procedures and documentation that is compliant with internal and customer procedures and work in an organized manner
Required	Manages and escalates issues appropriately to meet customer expectations.
Required	Provides consistent, high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, adapts quickly to changing environments.
Required	Clear spoken and written English skills.
Required	Ensures health and safety practices and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and moving throughout the workday.
