Customer Experience & Sales Manager Role Overview:
The Customer Experience & Sales Manager is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and managing the brand’s presence in the community. This role ensures that customers receive top-notch service while also focusing on upselling and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Customer Relations: Enhance the customer experience by engaging with clients, addressing inquiries or concerns, and ensuring all customers leave satisfied. • Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote detail services, memberships, and additional services to maximize revenue and customer value. • Quality Inspection: Oversee the final service quality, ensuring that every vehicle meets high cleaning and detailing standards before being returned to the customer. • Marketing & Social Media: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and create engaging content to attract and retain customers. • Operations Smooth Flow: Collaborate with team members to streamline customer interactions, minimize wait times, and ensure an efficient service process. • Community Engagement: Establish relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the brand and create partnership opportunities.
