Bring a level of positive energy that makes people want to be around you.
Remember people's names, and genuinely mean it when you ask how their day's going.
You can’t help but connect people, "you two should meet" is basically your catchphrase.
Live for fitness, music, and community.
If so, this role was made for you.
Why Work at Body Machine Fitness?
At Body Machine Fitness, we do not just run workouts, we create experiences that drive real results. BMF is a music‑driven, neuroscience‑based fitness experience built to feel more like a live concert than a typical gym. Think custom curated playlists by our in‑house music producer, lights synced to the workout, serious energy, and a room full of people pushing together.
People don’t just take classes here. They join a movement.
We’ve been ranked the #1‑rated gym in DFW five years running, named #2 Best Place to Work in DFW, and hold a 4.9 rating across more than 35,000 reviews. We’ve also been featured in 3 episodes of Paramount’s Landman. We have an active studio in Plano and are launching our second location in Dallas Uptown Fall 2026 with rapid national expansion starting in 2027. This is a brand building fast, and this role sits at the center of that growth.
What You’ll Do
People come to Body Machine Fitness for the workout. They stay for the experience and the community. We need someone who can own that experience end to end, turning every person who walks through our door into a committed, long‑term member of the community.
Internally, we call this person our Energy Influencer. Think of the role as part host, part community builder, and part sales leader. You’ll set the tone of the studio from the moment someone walks in, to the moment they leave. You’ll greet members by name, make first‑timers feel confident, spark connections, and make sure every person feels seen, valued, and supported.
You’ll also own conversion and retention. Running tours, closing memberships, and building the relationships that keep people coming back long after their first class. Marketing brings people through the door. Your job is to close them when they’re ready, and make sure they never want to leave the community once they’re in it.
