Customer Operations Specialist
A medical device manufacturer in Laconia, NH is seeking someone with sales and service acumen for their full-time, direct-hire Customer Operations Specialist role! Youll serve as an advocate for customers while working closely with stakeholders across the organization to provide solutions that fulfill customer needs with speed, accuracy, and exceptional communication.
Responsibilities of the Customer Operations Specialist
- Partner with customers and various departments (Sales, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality) to fully understand customer requirements and deliver solutions
- Prepare quotes, review contracts, and process orders
- Manage project timelines and keep customers and internal departments informed
- Provide input for business reviews and forecasting
- Work collaboratively to achieve key metric performance goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers
- Perform additional tasks and projects as required
Qualifications of the Customer Operations Specialist
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience, preferably in the medical device manufacturing industry or other regulated industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and foster strong relationships
- Highly organized, responsive, and resilient
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Oracle is a plus
