Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HPM implementations, including IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration Ensure adherence to the statement of work while driving a high‑quality customer experience Coordinate and lead cross‑functional internal and external clinical, technical, and sales teams Motivate teams to deliver against timelines, quality standards, and project objectives Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using Philips Project Management Methodology Continuously monitor progress and provide clear and timely status updates Ensure site readiness and proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies Drive issue resolution and decision‑making to keep projects on track Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and third‑party vendors through structured updates Requirements 5+ years of experience in direct project management, IT integration/implementation, or related skills Hospital patient monitoring equipment and solutions preferred Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or required to obtain within 18 months from beginning of employment) Bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, computer science, clinical, or other related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong influential leader who engages and aligns diverse project resources and stakeholders Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills Able to travel for business (approximately 75%) #J-18808-Ljbffr
