We have an opening for a Customer Relations Manager at our Port Washington, WI location.

The Customer Relations Manager will represent Kleen Test Products by presenting to current or potential customers the contract manufacturing capabilities KTP possesses. This person will oversee project management and serve as a primary liaison for both internal and external customer service.

Essential Functions

  • Works with project management, vendors and internal KTP staff to ensure that customers’ expectations are being met with highest level of quality and customer service.
  • Mentor, train, hire, coach and develop staff to ensure professional growth.
  • Determine essential priorities of customer projects and requests.
  • Maintain contact with current customers to ensure KTP has exceeded customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with potential customers introducing products and services offered by KTP.
  • Grow relationships with current customers with introducing new products and services offered by KTP.
  • Attend trade shows and observe the markets for any new products being offered from foreign or domestic suppliers.
  • Develop proposals for customer projects to include pricing, labor, materials and equipment needs.
  • Work with the legal department on any contract negotiations with external customers to ensure a timely execution.
  • Out of town travel is required to address supplier and customer issues as well as develop new customer relationships.
  • Maintain and promote strong work ethics and uphold all KTP policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Must have prior experience (5-7 years) of project management and/or customer service experience in a contract manufacturing environment.
  • Must have previous supervisory experience and will lead a team of 2-4 project managers.
  • Ability to understand market trends, as well as experience in new customer development.
  • Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and corresponding experience.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills, along with ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyone.
  • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
