To be considered, please submit your resume with a brief cover letter.The CRM Executive will work closely with the CRM Manager .The ideal candidate should have working knowledge in managing messaging automation platforms, a strategic mindset and deep technical knowledge.Your responsibilities Working knowledge of the email/SMS automation platformWork as an integral member of a high-performing marketing team to develop and implement our email and CRM marketing strategyHelp generate engaging customer journeys and email drip campaigns through a variety of touchpoints including email, SMS/MMS, and server push notifications (App) that pull customers into the funnel and keep them engaged throughoutBuild and execute CRM campaigns that reactivate leads while providing our customers with useful and interesting information about hearing aids and hearing careBuild dynamic and flexible email templates that can maximize our ability to serve personalized and custom contentData Management and operational workUnderstand, improve and follow guidelines to improve inbox placement, prevent spam filtering, and garner consumer and competitor information to optimize email performanceManage outbound messaging unit costs, vendor relationships, and necessary functionality to drive marketing campaignsAssist the CRM manager in various projects as requiredYour profile1-2 years’ experience in handling CRM activities like customer reactivation and lead generation via Email and SMS marketing with a strong knowledge of developing winning campaignsAny experience of managing big email/messaging automation platforms e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketo / ActiveCampaign etc. will be an advantageStrong analytical skills in order to improve performance and drive A/B tests -- comfortable with Excel and pivot tablesCreative, conceptual, and customer-centric thinking as well as deep technical understandingStrong sense of what makes a compelling email or SMS messagePositive, flexible, and well-organized to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging deadlinesA self-driven and reliable problem solver with a highly collaborative approachWhat we offerA high degree of autonomy and responsibility from day oneAn open-minded and international working environment, driven by high energy levels, creativity, and passion for hearing care and serving our customersGrowth opportunities for all employees through training and workshopsCompetitive salary and benefits package
