Job Description
Job Title: Collections Specialist
Duration: Direct-hire, full-time position
Location: Hybrid flexibility: ~3 days in office per week (after training). The location is Phoenix, AZ.

About the Role:
You'll play a key part in supporting customers with delinquent auto loan accounts—locating and notifying them to help bring accounts current. Training is fully supported and runs for five weeks (Tues–Thurs in-office during training).
Post-training schedule:
· Mon–Thurs: 11 AM – 8 PM MST
· Fridays: 9 AM – 6 PM MST
· Saturdays: Rotate every Third Saturday depending on staffing levels: 7AM - 11PM MST
Skills That Make You a Great Fit:
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience with skip tracing (LexisNexis, TLO, etc. is a big plus)
· Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
· Comfort with Excel and other MS Office tools
· Ability to work independently and stay organized
