LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Logistics client located in Maryville, TN. This role supports both inside sales and warehouse operations, playing a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction.

  • Location: Maryville, TN

  • Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour

  • Position Type: Full-Time | Temporary with potential for hire

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and identify product needs

  • Source parts, create quotes, and confirm pricing and lead times with vendors

  • Process and review purchase orders; coordinate with internal teams

  • Resolve customer issues (e.g., mis-shipments, lost/damaged parts)

  • Track shipments, provide ETAs, and maintain order status spreadsheets

  • Follow up on invoices and collaborate with Accounting and Operations

  • Maintain customer records and update portals

  • Generate reports and handle administrative tasks as needed

  • Receive, catalog, and prepare shipments

  • Track inbound/outbound deliveries and manage warehouse issues

Qualifications:

  • Previous logistics or customer service experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience in construction, project, or service industries is a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments




Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
