Overview• Responsible for customized production configurations for existing and new customers• Accountable for integrating new products into the global implementation framework• Provides internal partners with technical expertise on implementation plans and release requirementsResponsibilities• Serves as a technical resource to provide configuration project support under direct guidance• Supports efforts to investigate internal customer issues and assist in problem resolution as directed• Partners with team members to support process improvement efforts and initiatives• Gains exposure to controls to support compliance activities including internal audits, SOX and SOC1, and business continuity exercises• May provide guidance to less experienced team membersExperiences• Experience supporting configuration projects under direct guidance• Experience assisting customer issue investigation
