POSITION: Customer Service Agent Are you interested in: Booking reservations for passengers' baggage, and cargo. Resolving customer service issues. Processing payments in varying forms. Processing various reports and perform data input. Interacting with customers in person, by email and/or over the phone. Performing additional duties as assigned.
