Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements
