Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is searching for enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Agents to support our amazing government-based contracts in security, health & human services, and state benefits.At DVS, communication and customer care are everything - and as part of our team, you're the hero who makes each caller's day better! Start Date: April 6th 2026. Your first 2 weeks are training.What You'll DoAnswer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing.Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets.Schedule appointments at designated locations.Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions.Make follow-up calls to keep customers informed.Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time.What You NeedRemote-ready setup: Reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace.Equipment: Computer and monitor provided by DVS, and USB-wired headset provided by you.Education: High school diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.Credentialing: Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process.Communication skills: Clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly.Schedule: Training 9:00a - 4:30p -.
