This role is ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and clear expectations in the workplace. You will be part of a well-organized, high-volume store that prioritizes efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.


Team members are responsible for delivering a smooth customer experience, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations. We invest in our systems and training so employees can focus on doing their job well—without unnecessary stress or micromanagement.

Compensation:

$12 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
  • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
  • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
  • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Previous work in a customer-facing position
