Customer Service and Logistics Representative
Fort Lauderdale, FL $22-$26/hr. non-exempt Direct, Full-Time Hybrid Food Industry
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing at a leading global food company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Daily email correspondences with warehouse & customers
- Receive and process customer POs to warehouse
- Create final invoicing, credit memos and corresponding documents to the customer.
- Coordinate transportation of delivered shipments, using approved carriers.
- Updating daily sales and order logs.
- Manage EDI functions, including coordination of new customer setup, electronic order receipt and transmission of electronic invoices
- Solve QC and QA related issues for customers along with QA dept.
- Deliver information to customers in a timely manner.
- Work with imports team to ensure inventory levels are kept within safety levels
- Daily and weekly reporting of invoicing status to VP and Director of Sales for Club
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

- Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Organizational Skills, Managing Processes, Computer savvy, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork
- EDI/SPS Commerce experience preferred
