Customer Service and Order Entry

LHH Recruitment is working with a company in North Scottsdale. This company is in search of a full time customer service and order entry representative. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and will require some local travel(Coolidge, Casa Grande, etc). You must have reliable transportation to be considered for this job.

Position Summary:
The Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist will serve as the front line of communication with customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery experience. This role also includes occasional travel to nearby locations for on-site visits, customer support, or inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy

• Enter and manage customer orders in our internal system

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

• Provide updates and follow-ups with customers regarding order status

• Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation

• Travel locally as needed (typically once per week) to customer sites or company locations (Casa Grande, Coolidge, etc.)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years of customer service and/or order entry experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Organized with excellent attention to detail

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
