Responsibilities Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for freight while taking into account factors such as customer requirements, legal transit time, driver productivity, etc. Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and other forms of communication Work collaboratively with Roehl teammates to identify and resolve customer and scheduling conflicts Maintain accurate notes regarding customer interactions and preferred scheduling protocols Qualifications In this role, you work directly with customers, fleet managers, and your customer service team to develop business, find creative solutions and build strong relationships established on trust.
