About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible to support the CS team members in their day-to-day activities, respond to customer inquiries, update customer information in the CRM and other programs, along with entering and processing small orders within the MIS system.
This position is full-time, on site, Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm.
Responsibilities
- Support the CS team members in their day-to-day activities
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Update customer information in the CRM and other programs
- Enter and process small orders within the MIS system
Qualifications
High School diploma
Required Skills
Technical/Computer Literacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, and Email programs
Excellent communications skills and organizations skills
Critical thinking, time management, and the ability to multi-task a must
Pay range and compensation package
Starting pay - $18.00/hr with a 90 day review period.
Eligible for benefits including health insurance, paid time off, etc. following the company's standard waiting period and policy terms (90 days from hire date).
