Job Title: Customer Service Assistant ( Floater) Location: Floater (multiple locations) Pay Rate: $15.79 to $17.18 per hour (10 hours per week, varied schedule) Closing Date : February 20,2026 Job Responsibilities: Under general supervision, the Customer Service Assistant will provide excellent customer service to our patrons, shelve books and other library materials and maintain orderliness of library stacks. They will perform general customer service functions and may need to make supervisor-level decisions in the absence of the Customer Service Specialist. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; availability to work evenings and weekends.
