Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $14 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Associate:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Send and collect client questionnaires related to production needs

• Interpret and analyze client requests to ensure accurate communication with internal teams

• Act as a liaison between clients and production to clarify specifications and expectations

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Follow up on outstanding client information and ensure timely responses

• Provide excellent customer service through clear, professional communication

• Identify and escalate issues when necessary to ensure client satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to quickly learn about the client's products and needs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and relay information clearly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
