Location: Springdale, AR 72764 (Onsite)

Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, Sun-Tues and every other Saturday
Training Schedule: Sun-Wed and every other Saturday for at least 3 weeks
Experience: Must have 1-3 years of dispatch experience in transportation

Summary:
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) will manage relationships between carriers, customers, and sales teams for assigned accounts. The CSA will become familiar with the customer's organization, product needs, and processes, and will work closely with the Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact between the supply chain and external customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including analyzing emails and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize various dispatch systems (TES, LME, Four Kites, OTR) and external scheduling systems (Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network) to resolve business issues.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Implement creative solutions to resolve delivery process issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in transportation or logistics (not just customer service).
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with strong written and verbal communication, conflict management, multitasking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to handle up to 300 emails daily.
