Duration: 3 months (Possible extension or hire)
Location: Springdale, AR 72764 (Onsite)
Schedule: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM, Sun-Tues
Training: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Experience: Must have 1-3 years of dispatch experience in the transportation field
Summary:
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) will manage relationships between carriers, customers, and sales teams for assigned accounts. The CSA will become well-acquainted with the customer's organization, needs, and processes, and will partner with the Sales team to deliver top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the supply chain and external customers.
- Handle all aspects of customer relationships, including analyzing emails and resolving issues quickly.
- Use various dispatch systems (TES, LME, Four Kites, OTR) and scheduling platforms (Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network) to solve problems for all business units.
- Stay informed on internal policies, procedures, and external customer structures.
- Identify cost-effective solutions and resolve delivery process issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.
- Experience: 1-3 years in transportation or logistics (not just customer service).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong written and verbal communication, conflict management, multitasking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must handle a high volume of emails (up to 300 daily).
