Purpose:
To deliver exceptional, 5-star service to every patient while ensuring a smooth and efficient flow within our fast-paced periodontal office. As a Customer Service/Front Desk Care Agent, you are the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You will work cohesively with the dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
- Efficiently manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate collection and recording of patient information and payments.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area for patients.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing patient concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, contributing to a positive team environment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Support marketing efforts and patient retention initiatives.
