BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Client Service Representative for an opportunity in El Paso, TX USA!

Position Title: Client Service Representative (Hybrid)

Location: El Paso, TX 

Anticipated Start Date: First week of August

Please note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 6+ Months and there is a high possibility in extension

Job Type: [Hybrid] 

Work Schedule: First 5 weeks are on-site! Then it will move to a 4-day-a-week onsite, 1-day remote schedule.

Pay Range: [$20.00] – [$22.00]) on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a Solutions Specialist, you will ensure platform configuration and readiness to support a client through their annual enrollment processes.
  • This includes all project activities involved in coordinating client resources as necessary and ensuring that all necessary.
  • specific tasks are accomplished on time and as required.
  • The Specialist is responsible for all “hands-on” configuration and related activities for both benefits administration and annual enrollment.
  • You will serve as the primary point of relationship owner for assigned Comprehensive Benefits clients, Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment. You carry the weight of client's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • In this role, you have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism.
  • Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud.
  • Pace should not scare you. We also have a healthy dose of fun. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion.
