Customer Service Coordinator Apply
Provide internal/external Customer Service and Support. Communicate with Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Engineers as appropriate. Process parts questions and order for customers. The right candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, attention to details and data entry experience.
Support assigned Inside Sales Engineers and Territory Sales Managers on internal paperwork and processes.
- Write up sales orders Process standard quotes, drawings and expedite requests.
- Perform data entry for orders, quotes and RMA’s (return material authorizations)
- Answer first level sales calls; check status or order, obtain tracking numbers, updates to existing quote, repeat application quote.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or 2-5 years work experience in technical sales, with a mechanical aptitude or a combination of above.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
This is an hourly position that requires working 40+ hours per week. Routine office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This job may occasionally require additional hours outside of this time frame.

I further understand that my employment with Salina Vortex will have a sixty (60) days benefit waiting period, and further that at any time during the waiting period or thereafter, my employment relation with Salina Vortex is terminable at will for any reason by either party.
