Customer Service Dispatcher - Seasonal (Sales) The Dispatcher will be charged with ensuring that all customer appointments are scheduled effectively and serviced in a timely manner through utilizing PestRoutes and communicating regularly with Inside Sales and Branch Operations Managers. Attend DCM meetings Bring Visibility to all branch openings for new sales Manage time to stay ahead on scheduling and routing Communicate with the inside sales team and with each branch's operations manager regularly Understand differences between branches and apply as necessary Contact customers to reschedule appointments if needed Work with individual sales representatives on a case-by-case basis Adjust schedule when technicians are unable to work (e.g. sick) Notify the sales team when branches quickly become booked or if there are sudden openings Set up a system to effectively schedule on days off Be comfortable using various aspects of the pest routes system Qualifications What we are looking for High School Diploma or equivalent Detail-oriented and perceptive Hard-working and dependable Able to focus and adept at multitasking Problem-solver Strong written and verbal communication skills Learns quickly Works well in a team and individually-versatility Confident Adept at time-management Fox Pest Control is an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
