• Utilize call center tools and systems to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Work effectively within an office suite environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills.• At least 1 year of experience in office and customer service support.
• Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with payment processing and collections.
• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and accurately.
• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
