Job Overview Customer Service Representative – Deliver a premium customer experience on every interaction. Pay: $17-23/hr (base rate plus guaranteed tip rate, unlimited customer tips). Responsibilities Provide white glove service guiding customers through applications and resolving inquiries. Conduct up to 200 outbound customer calls per shift in a fast‑paced environment. Deliver exceptional customer service, uphold high service standards, and de‑escalate conflicts. Assist in executing marketing strategies to attract and retain patients or customers. Qualifications Proven de‑escalation skills and the ability to manage high call volume. Strong communication skills and passion for customer service. Ability to work flexible shifts, often including weekends.
