We are hiring a Customer Services Inbound 1 for one of our clients in Mercerville, NJ.
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls from applicants, beneficiaries and the general public regarding DoAS programs.
- Provide accurate information in response to caller questions.
- Completes online application for callers over the phone.
- Research individual callers' records to confirm status.
- Provide detailed instructions of documentation needed.
- Mail, email or fax requested standard office documents to callers.
- Enter information into a call-tracking system to be referred to specific units for reply.
- In addition, they have assisted in the training and responding to questions from new employees.
- Provides information to customers regarding department/agency programs and services and the requirements of licensure, certification, and other authorizations
- Answers questions, explains rules, regulations, policies and procedures, clarifies forms, provides instruction and direction in the completion of applications, and resolves issues and problems
- Requests information from customers to determine their needs, or purpose of visit
- Verifies the completeness and accuracy of information on forms and applications
- Conducts information searches in electronic or manual file systems
- Ability to read, writes, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Education required:
- High School Diploma
Woking hours:
- 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Lunch Duration: 1 Hour Unpaid.
