Candidates must reside in the state of Arizona, Nevada, Texas or Washington.


Firefighter Insurance Services has deep roots in the fire industry.
We were founded by a 3rd generation retired California firefighter and we know the Fire Family better than anyone!

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing all clients which may include but limited to the following: new business and re-markets, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers and carriers.


Typical
Responsibilities:

  • Providing legendary service by supporting the client, uncovering needs, and referring clients to the sales team when applicable.
  • Processing all servicing related requests (e.
    g.
    video, text, chat, calls) from prospects and clients pertaining to coverage, renewals, loss ratios, claims, new business, remarkets and additional lines of coverage in a timely manner.
  • Conducting coverage reviews and recommending changes and/or additional lines of business.
  • Processing change requests as required by the carrier.
  • Adhering and remaining in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures across all carriers.
  • Processing daily incoming and outgoing mail.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Licenses: Property/Casualty license and Health & Life license.
  • Broad based knowledge of Insurance Agency practices and procedures.
  • Current knowledge of insurance coverages, exposures and their available markets.
  • Current knowledge of underwriting guidelines, rating systems and processing requirements for carriers.
