Salary: $19.00 to $21.00/Hr. DOE

Hours: Full time 40 hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm

Responsibilities:

- Answer and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Utilize computerized systems to document and track customer interactions

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to provide information and resolve issues

- Provide excellent client services by listening attentively, responding promptly, and resolving customer complaints

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Work effectively in a call center environment and adhere to quality control standards

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service

- Identify and escalate any issues that may impact on customer satisfaction or the company's reputation

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve customer service skills

Education and/or Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Phone etiquette: 2 years (Required)

Customer service: 5 years (Required)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in computerized systems and the ability to quickly learn new software

- Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong typing skills

- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset

- Experience in sales or sales support is an asset
