Timpte is looking for a Customer Service Manager at our David City, NE Location. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all customer service operations and the Semi and Equipment trailer release process to ensure an exceptional customer service experience from order entry through final delivery. Primary Responsibilities Manage complete order process of all trailer orders (both Semi and Equipment Trailer) from branch and dealer locations to ensure timely issuance and availability of current order status allocation and/or stock orders to support various other departments. Oversee and manage trailer release process and coordinate with other functional areas to ensure trailers meet customer specifications prior to release. Support Sales with various reporting on current orders, order intake, new and used inventory and availability. Update and maintain all order and option databases with current pricing, weights, availability, etc. Manage Polk database information for accurate and timely reporting of statistical information to management. Oversee and coordinate development of customer service policies and procedures as well as monitor adherence to all. Primary liaison between new dealers and sales team, coordinating initial orders, training dealers on service protocols, and ensuring long-term relationship management. Management and coordination of trailer delivery to CSCs and the Timpte Express Delivery process. Maintain and issue sales catalog and new options as necessary by working with Sales & Engineering. Assist with used trailer inventory & documentation as received in David City and/or as required. Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position. Desired Skills, Knowledge And Qualifications Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years Customer Service experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must possess management skills and ability to work through conflict. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to work independently with good planning, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of privileged information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
