OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an Account/Customer Service Manager to join our team to work directly with our clients, providing client management and customer service support for their employee programs. This is a HYBRID role where most of your work will be performed from home. Our ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, capable of multitasking, possess a proactive attitude, work independently, and demonstrate dedication to treating our firm with ownership. Our Benefit Firm has been in operation for over 38 years and is located between Fort Worth and Dallas in the Mid-Cities area in Colleyville. TX.
THIS IS A HYBRID ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE WITH MAJORITY WORK WILL BE FROM HOME!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the firm’s employee benefits clients and prospects
- Serve as day-to-day contact for customer service and administration needs
- Assist broker with annal open enrollment and new hire enrollments using HRIS platforms such as Employee Navigator
- Assist broker for marketing (RFP’s) for group renewals including fully insured, self-funded, ancillary, and worksite products
- Work closely with insurance carriers and representatives
- Working closely with other team members
- Asist in the preparation of client Pre-Renewal, and Renewals, including analysis and spreadsheeting
- Day-to-day renewal coordinator to ensure steps are complete in a timely manor
- Assist in preparing presentations for clients and prospect meetings
Qualifications:
- A current TX Life & Health Group 1 license or willing to obtain one within 90 days
- 1+ years of experience in a” Benefit Firm” Agency/Brokerage
- Previous experience with Employee Navigator is a plus!!
- Has experience conducting onsite and virtual enrollment meetings
- 1+ years’ experience preparing, marketing RFPs. Obtain quotes of coverage and prepare a spreadsheet for broker to review
- Superior knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, accident, critical illness, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, FSA, HSA
- EXCELLENT Skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Detailed focus and excel in working independently
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
